Except for on-site customized training courses, all our training sessions are carried out on line.

On-Line Training

Simple - Effective - Economical
  • Avoid travel costs by attending the course of your choice in the comfort of your own home or office.
  • Log on from any computer, anywhere!
  • Ask your trainer questions directly.

How to Register for an On-Line Group Training Course

  1. Select a course from the "List of courses" tab.
  2. Choose the session for which you wish to register.
  3. Complete the registration form.
  4. A Training Centre representative will telephone you within 24 working hours.
  5. Check your e-mail inbox:
    • You will receive a registration confirmation message.
    • 48 hours before your training session, you will be sent an e-mail containing a login link, login guide (PDF), and training manual (PDF).

How to Register for Customized Training (On-Line or On-Site)

  1. Select a course from the "List of courses" tab.
  2. In the date table, click on « Demande d'information Formation personnalisée ».
  3. Complete the registration form.
  4. A Training Centre representative will telephone you within 24 working hours.

How does on-line group training work?

On-line group training is held both on line and via telephone.


Step 1 - Webex site access


You will receive an invitation e-mail containing the login link for your training course.


Step 2 - Identification


Enter your name to identify yourself as a participant.


Step 3 - Installation of additional Webex module (necessary only the first time you log onto the site)


Step 4 - Connecting by telephone


Once you have logged onto the Web, the audio settings window will be displayed. This will give you the telephone number to dial to participate in the conference call, your access code, and your participant number.

Once you've entered your information, you're ready to begin your training course!

What computer equipment is required?

  • A computer with a high-speed Internet connection
  • A land-line telephone (we suggest a hands-free device; a cellular phone is not recommended)

Do I need Acomba for my Web training session?

No. Your instructor's software will be displayed on your computer screen during training.

Is there a teacher?

Yes. A qualified instructor carries out the training session live; training is not pre-recorded.

Can I ask questions?

Yes! The system has a feature which lets you "raise your hand" in class to ask questions.

Do I need to be at the office?

You can participate in on-line training from the location of your choice. When you register, just submit the e-mail address you can access from your computer to make sure that you receive your invitation. It is strongly recommended that you choose somewhere quiet where you will not be interrupted.

I lost my confirmation e-mail. What do I do?

If you cannot log on for your training session, our customer service desk can help you. Call us at 1 800 862-5922, and a representative will be happy to help with your access.

Is there a break during training?

Yes. A break of approximately 15 minutes is given during each training session.

Will I be given a training manual?

Yes. Course participants receive a PDF course manual with their invitation e-mail.

Will I be given a certificate?

Yes! A certificate of attendance is sent to each person who registers and attends a training course. The certificates are usually sent two to three weeks after the course is held./p>

an I contact the instructor in private after the training session?

There are two options:

  1. If you have a service plan, you can contact a technical support representative, who will be happy to answer your specific questions.
  2. You can get even more out of your experience by registering for customized training. Customized training gives you one-on-one access to an instructor - you are alone with your instructor and training focuses on your specific needs. To register, contact a Training Centre representative at 1 800 862-5922.

Does your training fall under Act 90?

All our on-line courses are eligible for the refundable training tax credit and fall under the Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition.

I have to cancel my registration in a training course. Will I be charged a fee?

Any course registration changes requested less than 24 working hours before the course is held are subject to a $25 fee.

Do you offer preferential rates?

You can benefit from a preferential rate when you purchase six or more half days of training.
